THE ANTIQUE CANNABIS BOOK Chapter 3 - (2nd Edition) CENSORED MEDICAL STUDIES FEAR THE USE OF CIVIL ASSET FORFEITURE LAWS (In the war against Medical Cannabis Patients) Landlords and the Free Enterprise system under Attack, ALL in the name of the Anti-Medical Cannabis Laws. PAGE 3 BACK TO MEDICAL CANNABIS : Enters Melinda Haag and her attack on Medicinal Cannabis Dispensaries. “Melinda Haag (courtesy U.S. Dept. Of Justice) From a psychological standpoint, it’s hard to figure out Ms. Haag mentality.   Does she really believe that Medical Cannabis is evil, and must be stopped at all costs?   Is she evil and just wants to kill cancer patients?   Or is she just following orders? The answer we feel lies in a science fiction novel in which the story dealt with forced, or police mandated, drug use.   The idea was that a drug dependent society was a controllable society, and who wanted political opposition, etc.   And it is not just science fiction.   During the Second World War, the axis occupiers forced many Chinese citizens to use opium.   Note this is not something voluntary, but something that was forced upon them.   Again, the idea was to make the pollution more controllable. Thus (looking at Ms. Haag’s actions in that light), we must ask, what would happen if the laws were changed to (let us say) mandated that all Negro citizens use Heron.   What would her actions now be?   Would she resign?   Would she refuse to enforce them? Judging from her past actions: She seeks to deny medical patients access to medicines She is (by limiting supply) increasing the price of their medicines In some cased now, forcing (otherwise law abiding) cancer patients into the arms of the black market. It is obvious [from her actions] that she doesn’t care very much about her victims, nor cares about the damage that she is causing.   And granted, all these actions would be justifiable IF it were to prevent a greater harm.   But in this case NO SUCH greater harm exists.   Nor is it even her pretence that it does.   Thus leading us to the only possible conclusion --- that she is evil. Leading us therefore to conclude that (without question), were the drug laws changed that she would zealously be enforcing them as well. [NOTE the museum reserves the right to change it’s opinion on this matter if new evidence comes to light, but we don’t think that it will] MUSEUM CONCLUSIONS : Now let’s go back to the original question of WHY?   In a country noted for its Free Enterprise System and respect for private property rights, how could this have happened?   The answer we’ve been able to come up with, is somewhat complex and obviously subject to challenge, but most assuredly correct.   And oh, for the sake of brevity, NO we don’t have any smoking gun memos, no secret witnesses; Nothing but common horse sense.   Which is as follows: All evidence points to the fact that Eric Holder is an anti-gun nut.   That he will use whatever excuse he can come up with to outlaw ALL firearms. MUSEUM EDITORIAL NOTE:   As of the time of this writing, some idiot walked into a crowded theater and started shooting up the place.   Forgot how many people he killed (maybe 10, maybe 20) but it brings up a good question for Mr. Holder.   Why didn’t someone in the theater shoot back and stop the killings.   Could local gun control laws have had something to do with it?   And please Mr. Holder, we already know what you’re going to say, ---- that we are trying to take guns away from the bad people.   However, it seems to us that after 70 years of a failed War on Drugs, if you can’t even control drugs, how in Gods Green Earth are you going to control guns.   The bad people will ALWAYS be able to get their hands on guns, it’s the good people who will be left defenseless against them. Mr. Holder; ---- “THE ONLY WAY TO STOP SOMEONE SHOOTING AT PEOPLE WITH A GUN, IS WITH A GUN,” But I’m sure you already know this.   [This editorial does not reflect the viewpoint of all museum members] From the evidence it is also evident that operation “Fast and Furious” was originally conceived of NOT as a means of identifying Mexican drug lords, nor as a way of tracking down evil doers.   BUT solely as an excuse to further the goals of both Eric Holder as well as President Obama's gun control agenda. Quoting CBS news: "It's like (the) ATF created or added to the problem so they could be the solution to it and pat themselves on the back," -- says one law enforcement source familiar with the facts.   "It's a circular way of thinking." Additionally even (extremely liberal), CBS news brought out the fact that gun control was at least one of the reasons for the program’s existence. That once the program backfired, Mr. Holder starting looking for a scapegoat or some diversion that would take publicity away from his “Fast and Furious’. That Melinda Haag is nothing more than a Toddy for Eric Holder.   She knows which side her bread is buttered on and she acts accordingly. If tomorrow the honorable Eric Holder say’s jump, she jumps, end of story. BOOM – Out comes the Justice Department’s harassment’s Asset Forfeiture Campaign against the Medical Cannabis dispensaries.   A look at the time lines involved seems to point to this as a big possibility.   And granted, the federal government had been engaged in a campaign of arrests and harassment against the medicinal dispensaries for some time And ironies of ironies, the media (while giving these actions some publicity) have all but ignored the issue.   Sorry Mr. Holder, you loose – but do you have to take everyone down with you. And as to why so little have been said (in the mainstream news media) about the use of asset forfeiture laws – we (this museum) have not been able to come up with any definite answer at this time.   It may only be decades after the fact that some historian will be able to see the invisible hand of the narcotics police at work.
