MARIHUANA CRAZED MURDERER What the Narc’s were claiming 1939 - In July, 1939, at Merced, California, there was a murder of a young man by a Mexican, in whose possession was found a quantity of marihuana cigarettes and who was examined by a physician and found to be under the influence of Marihuana --- Calif --Dept. Without a doubt, we will be able to establish that something, other than what the Narc’s were saying, was what actually occurred. Just look at Mr. Martinez’s criminal history. Arrested in 1929 and given 30 days for vagrancy. Arrested again in 1932 for possession of Marihuana and given a 90 days sentence for such. Simply put; -- Not much of a history of violence here. And now we’re expected to believe that he just got drunk (on Cannabis no less) and then went out and committed a brutal murder. Give me a break people, but at least for the present, we have to go with what the Narc’s said about the case back then Prison Documents – Courtesy of www.ancestery.com
