And from what I’ve personally seen about Mr. Navarro, I’ve come to the conclusion that (unless there is more to this story then was told in the newspapers), that this is such a case. One need only look under crimes committed to figure that one out; -- They even had to use extra-small print just to fit everything in. In fact Mr. Navarro provides us with a good example, that just because one uses Marihuana (assuming that he even did), that that doesn't make him one of the good guys.
