Mrs. Bertha D. Baldwin,
Room 314, Post-Office Building,
Baltimore, Maryland.

Dear Mrs. Baldwin:- Referring further to our conversation of yesterday and on the telephone this morning, I find that the picture in question was licensed by this Board under the title THE PACE THAT KILLS, but with a number of eliminations ordered in the print.

Colonel Saunders had today taken the matter up with the proper authorities, to determine whether or not these eliminations had been made and whether or not this particular print had been licensed by this office.

I certainly enjoyed meeting you, and will write you further in the above matter as soon as I know the outcome.

With best wishes, I am Cordially yours,
Judith K. Roberts.
